AxioStats publishes datasets, charts and editorial content about economic, technological and social data. This Disclaimer clarifies the nature of that content and the limits of what we can guarantee.
1. Information, not advice
Nothing on this website constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax or professional advice. Charts and datasets about interest rates, inflation, exchange rates, markets or companies are informational — they describe what happened or what was measured, and are not recommendations to buy, sell, hold, invest or take any other action.
If you are making investment, business or legal decisions, consult a qualified professional and verify the underlying data yourself.
2. Accuracy of third-party data
Most of our datasets are compiled from public third-party sources. We take care to preserve figures as published and to document their source, retrieval date and methodology, but we do not guarantee that third-party data is error-free, and we do not independently audit every upstream figure.
Some content in the Tech & AI domain reports figures as claimed by their producers (for example vendor-published AI benchmark scores). Those claims are identified as such on the relevant dataset pages and should be treated with the skepticism any self-reported figure deserves.
3. Our own computations
Where we compute derived series (for example year-over-year inflation rates or indexed comparisons), the exact formula is stated in the dataset’s methodology section. Human error is possible; if you find a mistake, we want to know: [email protected].
4. Editorial content
Blog articles represent our understanding of the topics at the time of writing. They cite the sources we relied on, but are not peer-reviewed research and should not be treated as such. Facts change; dates and “last updated” markers are shown where relevant.
5. Availability
Datasets, API endpoints and features may be added, changed or removed as the Service evolves. We aim to keep published data current, but delays in source publication may be reflected in our snapshots.
6. No liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AxioStats shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on the content of this website. Use the data at your own discretion.
